Shamanic journeying is a technique that is learned and mastered while being experienced and practiced.   It is through the beat of the drum, which in some lineages represents the heart beat of Mother,  we enter an altered state of consciousness beyond time and space.  A person, while  journeying, will hear and/ or see and /or feel various things.  This process transcends the traditional ideal of reality and once a person is journeying, the guide and/ or the journeyer, is able to draw incredible knowledge and healing power from within the depths of their being to facilitate the required treatment for healing. In order to do this, the Journey guide goes on a shamanic journey with you to retrieve information, locate and release energy blockages, and increase the body’s ability to heal.      There are three realms, or levels of inner consciousness; the Upper, Middle and Lower Worlds. Which world you travel to will depend upon where you need to go for healing.   You reconnect to the flow of nature, both nature of your true healed higher self and of the earth around you.   Healing Journey: We enter an altered state of consciousness beyond time and space. Just like when we journey.  With helping spirits the energy that is no longer serving you, blocking you, holding you back is removed. This can be cords and connections to un-serving people place and things of the present and past. It can be old belief patterns. It can also look like reclaiming parts of the lost soul aka soul retrieval.   Soul Retrieval:  When part of the soul becomes bound by trauma it is then suck or lost in that moment, both in this life time and in past.  Sometimes this work is of this life time, and sometimes it is of past lifetimes. We work with the one that we are guided to heal based on what part needs healing in the present moment.  During the soul retrieval process, the practitioner moves into an altered state of consciousness to travel to realities outside of normal perception (non-ordinary reality), also known as hidden spirit worlds, to retrieve the lost part of the soul.  The practitioner will locate the part of the soul which has been stuck in a past story/ life and gently shift the energy, helping the story/life where there was suffering to alter into a healed state. Then guide the soul’s return to the body.  Both virtual and in person session offered.

A total body, mind, spirit treatment positively affecting every organ system in the body at a cellular level. Several essential oils are applied directly to the spine, then worked into the body using a combination of bodywork techniques. The positive effects of this treatment can last up to a month.  This therapy has an amazing ability to detoxify, boost the immune system and stimulate and sooth the central nervous system, help with circulatory matters and over all offer inner peace by allowing you to go deep in to a meditative state .   *For more on the details of this therapy go to the blog section of this site* ​The therapy itself takes up to 45 min. Then the remainder of the session is geared to releasing the muscular structure of the back and Craniosacral Therapy holds to end the session and create total balance.  This therapy is also offered in a foot reflexology session. The same technique is used and applied however to the feet and not the back.

We do this by examining what is going on right now, discovering what your obstacles or challenges might be, and choosing a course of action to make your life be what you want it to be.  I do not practice a religion, I am spiritual. I do however know a little of all religions and will learn more in order to respect and honor any client with religious beliefs. Sessions can be in person or distance via email and phone. Session regardless if distance or in person will consist of the same criteria. We will talk about what you struggle with create a goal and then work thru the tools to get you to that goal.
