Where do essential oils come from? They come from Plants! Plants contain chemical  constituents that have been shown to help our bodies' well-being (not to mention, plants have been around since the dawn of time and used by our ancestors for medicinal purposes.)  

Aromatherapy Consultation:   

This includes a detailed intake form which we review together and discuss your goals for your custom essential oil blend. This full intake on your well-being concerns will take place.  During this intake we will discuss your areas of concern (ex.  Mood, health, seasonal, women's issues, skin care, well-being) Allergies if any, and what you are looking for or hoping for. These essential oils are custom blended by Sherrill herself a trained aromatherapist.  This is for those whom are looking to find holistic methods to assist you in your healing journey.  All consultations are booked for a full 60 min. even though they may not take the full 60 min.

Aromatherapy massage:   This massage includes an integrated session with the addition of a custom essential oil blend. An aromatherapy massage uses these healing essential oils to enhance not only the value of your massage but to also deepen the healing that will take place in the massage.  The essential oils are absorbed through the skin and olfactory sense (smell). They are combined in the oils/lotions that are used during your massage to work synergistically as an enhancement.

Do you clench or grind your teeth, do you suffer from jaw pain or do you have headaches from this?  Do you carry all your stress in your neck, face or head?  This massage will focus on your face, head and neck releasing all of this stress and tension.  Sherrill will use essential oils, carrier oils, massage tools and warm towels to provide a therapeutic relaxing upper body massage experience.  (This therapy is the most amazing stress reliever.) 

Aromatherapy consultations with massage.  

A 30 min. full intake on your well-being concerns will take place.  During this intake we will discuss your areas of concern (ex.  Mood, health, seasonal, women's issues, skin care, well-being) Allergies if any, and what you are looking for or hoping for with this treatment.  Based on the discussion a custom blend will be made with essential oils to help you. You may choose how it is blended such as: an oil blend in a bottle, an aromatic inhaler, diffusing blend, a spritzer, a scrub or a soak for a bath. From here you may choose to have the session as follows: 

Consult with massage (usually it takes at least three days from the day of consultation to have the blend prepared and ready to use, therefor this massage will not have your custom blend to use for it).  Consultation with massage is a 90 min session, 30 for the consult and 60 for the massage.
