You are the only expert in your life who truly knows who you are and what you need. You are the only expert who can recognize what is absolutely best for you. We simply bring you through the process of clearing the way for you to discover what your own personal "best" might be. We help you to find your best way to become your best! How to handle the changes that you will need to make in order to accomplish this.  During this process you will heal, grow and uncover hidden strength. As you go through this process not only will you learn ways to handle taking charge of who you truly are, we will also energetically heal the wounds and clear all that no longer serves you.  Unlike some coaching services you will receive energetic clearings and learn to perform them upon your self. 

Life/Spiritual coaching is a holistic method that is profoundly different from consulting, mentoring, advice, therapy, or counseling. The coaching process addresses specific personal, professional:  relationships, projects, successes, and transitions in your life. We do this by examining what is going on right now, discovering what your obstacles or challenges might be, and choosing a course of action to make your life be what you want it to be. 

I do not practice a religion, I am spiritual. I do however know a little of all religions and will learn more in order to respect and honor any client with religious beliefs.

Sessions can be in person or distance via email and phone.

Session regardless if distance or in person will consist of the same criteria. We will talk about what you struggle with create a goal and then work thru the tools to get you to that goal.

Free consult 15 to 30 min in length.

$80 for an hr

$115 for an hr and half.
