Positive Thought Series. This is a series of seven. However to make a change with in your brain and body it is best to practice for at least 21 days. (21 to 30 days will create a habit, to make it a part of your routine you want to do what ever it is that you choose for self care for 60 to 80 days.) So you can pick your favorite or repeat all of the series.
